The AVANTÉ consumer experience is provided by DeSouza Strategic Systems LLC, doing business as AVANTÉ. Customers interact with the AVANTÉ brand; contracts, policies, developer accounts, payment records, and legal notices identify the LLC as the operating entity.

Any AVANTÉ account, subscription, checkout, product import, body scan, Style Profile, digital twin, try-on, concierge, or commerce-assistance feature is provided under this legal identity unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
AVANTÉ is operated as a brand and DBA of DeSouza Strategic Systems LLC; it is not presented to customers as a separate legal entity unless a future written structure changes that status.

Service boundaries
AVANTÉ provides style, fit, wardrobe, catalog, and try-on intelligence. Fit confidence, visual realism confidence, wardrobe match, and buy recommendations are estimates based on available profile and product data.
AVANTÉ may prepare a retailer handoff or cart intent, but the customer remains in control of final checkout. AVANTÉ does not complete a retailer purchase without an explicit customer-controlled action.
AVANTÉ produces fit, style, and shopping intelligence as decision-support estimates, not guarantees of exact fit, health, professional, legal, financial, or retailer outcomes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size charts, retailer terms, taxes, shipping, returns, and final purchase decisions before completing checkout with a retailer.
